LITTLE SUAMICO -- Mrs. John Grosse, 94, Little Suamico, died this morning at her home after a seven-month illness. The former Katherine Windross was born May 4, 1868, in Oak Orchard, and was a lifelong resident of the area. She married Mr. Grosse on Nov., 21, 1888. Her husband died in 1926. Two sons and one daughter also preceded her in death.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Harry (Gretchen) Ahlers, Sturgeon Bay, Mrs. Ruth Jolly, Milwaukee; two sons, Kenneth and Giles, both of Little Suamico; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Friends may call at Mac-Queen-Sheffield Funeral Home, Oconto, after 2 p.m. Saturday. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Mr. Matzke officiating. Burial will be in the Grosse family cemetery, Little
