BERWYN, ILL. - Kay Hoffman, 87, died Tuesday, 2001. The former Kay Tulligren married Richard J. Hoffman April 18, 1937 in Chicago. He preceded her in death in 1984. She lived in Suring until moving to Berwyn 12 years ago and she had been very active with the Suring United Methodist Church while living here. While in Berwyn, she worked as a volunteer at the MacNeal Hospital. She loved to entertain friends and enjoyed crafts.
Survivors include many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grand nephews.
The funeral was held Saturday, February 10 at the Suring United Methodist Church with Pastor James Harrington officiating. Burial in the church cemetery.
