.Pawlak, Jim William Wencil. Age 87.   July 26, 1971. Died at Oconto Falls Hospital. He was born July 7, 1884 in the town of Eaton-Poland in Wis. to John Pawlak and Michaline [Helena] Novak-Nowak- Pawlak. He moved to the Town of Spruce, and married Mary Walczak, on June 17, 1909, in Spruce. He farmed and also worked as a mason and a carpenter.

Survivors are two sons, John and Joseph; six daughters, Mrs Stella [Anthony] Hendricks, Bonduel; Mrs Mary [Roy] Greason, Mrs. Teresa [William] Bulter both of Green Bay; Mrs Rose [Raymond] Smukowski, Mrs Ann [Donald] Marceau, both of Milwaukee; Mrs Jeanie {Donald] Allington of Berlin; 28 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.

Two sons, three brothers, two sisters preceded him in death.

Friends may call at Sorlek funeral home, Lena after 2 p.m. Saturday. Bible vigil service 8 p.m. Funeral 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Spruce, with Rev. Fridolin Olshowski officiating. Burial in church cemetery.  .
