January 31st, 1895

Thursday morning at the home of his brother John, of pneumonia of the heart, occurred the death of Jacob Couillard. He was a pioneer of Oconto county, had been a farmer by occupation , and chairman of the town of Oconto many years. He leavesa family of four daughters and three sons and was 69 years of age. The funeral will be held today from the residence of Joseph Leigh, town of Stiles, the interment to take place in Oconto cemetery.

Jacob Couillard of Couillardville, died January 24th, '95, at the age of 68 years. Mr. Couillard, was born in Corrinara, Me., March 7th, 1826. The funeral services will take place tomotrrow (Satuday) from the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Joseph Leigh, Rev S.E. Very officiating.
