James Schlader, 81, Dies onWednesday

Wednesday evening at 11:24 James Schlader, 81, died at his home, 122
Fourth Street, following a week's illness with pneumonia.
Funeral services are to be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from St.
Mark's church with the Rev. Fr. F. C. St. Clair officiating. Burial will
be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
The selected pallbearers are Jake Clement, Joseph Peisar, Frank Poradek,
George Schlegel, Frank Mlnarik and Jos. Mlnarik.
James Schlader was born Nov. 6, 1851 in Bohemia. He was married to Rose
Mraz 52 years ago in Bohemia. They have lived in Oconto 44 years.
Survivors are the widow; three sons, Charles, and Joseph of Green Bay and
Wm. of Oconto; four daughters, Mrs. Marie Turek, Green Bay; Mrs. Peter
Timmerman, Green Bay and Emma and Rose Schlader, Oconto; 17 grandchildren
and three great grand-children.
