Jean M. Peterson (Hescher), 43, of Oconto, died June 3, 2000 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, WI.
She was born to Floyd and Violet (Thyrion) Peterson April 29, 1957 in Neenah, WI. Jean worked at Bay Area Medical Center, Marinette, in patient registration. She was a member of First American Lutheran Church, Oconto, where she also taught Sunday school.
Jean is survived by Craig Hescher and their daughter, Kaitlin Hescher, Oconto; parents, Violet and Floyd Peterson, Coleman; two brothers, David (Cindy) Peterson and Lyle (Tina) Peterson both of Little Suamico; two sisters, a twin sister, Joanie (Joe) Hrabik and Debbie (Ken) Samsa both of Oconto. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Oconto, Tuesday, June 6, 2000 from 4 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. also at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11 a.m. at First American Lutheran Church, Oconto, with Rev. Richard DeBenedetto officiating. Interment in Oconto Catholic Cemetery, Oconto.
