The funeral of Mr. John Phalen of Grover, who died on Monday morning at the McDonald Hotel in this city

(PeshtigoWisconsin) will be held fron St Mary's Catholic Church Wednesday at 9:30 am. Interment will be made at the old cemetery.

The deseased has been a great sufferer from a complication of diseases which covered a period of more than a year. He was a resident of Grover for the past 33 years and is 74 years of age.

He leaves four children to mourn his loss, three sons, William, Patrick and James, and a daughter, Mrs. Joseph Bolac. His wife preceded him some six years ago. He was a kind and loving father and highly esteemed by his neighbors. The sorrowing family have the sympathy of the entire community in this, their hour of affliction.
