John L. Kinziger Dies on Saturday  
 

Oconto, Wis. - , 80, died at his home here, at 3:15 Saturday afternoon of causes incident to old age. The body was removed to the MacQueen chapel, the funeral services will be held at 9 o’clock Wednesday morning, at St. Peters Catholic Church, the Rev. J. J. Looze officiating. Internment will be in Oconto Catholic cemetery.

Pallbearers will be six grandsons, Howard and Francis Kain, Oconto; Carl Kinziger, Milwaukee; Alfred and Harold Kain, Pound; John Kinziger, Jr. Lena. Four granddaughters will be in charge of flowers, Clarabelle Kinziger and Betty Kain, Oconto; Marion Kinziger, Lena; Loraine Johnson, Oconto Falls.

Mr. Kinziger was born in France and came to Oconto about 50 years ago. He was at that time a band director. Ten years later he moved to a farm near Lena, where he lived up to 15 years ago, when he retired and made his home in Oconto.

He is survived by his widow, Catherine, to whom he was married in France 58 years ago; six sons Henry and Joseph, Oconto; George, Milwaukee; John, Lena; Clarence and Charles, Oconto; three daughters, Mrs. Michael Kain, Oconto; Mrs. Mary Johnson, Oconto Falls; Mrs. Engelbert Picard, Oconto; also 26 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters.
