Joseph C. GIULIANI

Joseph C. Giuliani, 71, of Appleton, formerly of Mountain, died Monday March 27, 2000.

He was born in Wauceda, MI on September 15, 1928 to the late Joseph and Helen (Woyatzka) Giuliani. On October 2, 1990 he married Joan Fischer Laes. Joseph worked for NICOR Gas Company in Illinois for 35 years. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Appleton. Joe was a very good golfer and bowler and a loyal Packer fan. He loved the outdoors, biking and hunting and especially his yearly fishing trip to Canada with his friends, Clarence Stroh and Tony Gajdostek.

He will be sadly miss by his wife, Joan Fischer Laes Giuliani; children, Carol (Aaron) Theselius of Saukeville, WI; David (Lynn) Giuliani of Park Forest, IL; grandson, Steven James Giuliani and stepgrandson, John Maxedon; special family members: Pamela (Gay) Meyer of Indianapolis, IN; Patric (Jana) Laes and their sons, Christopher and Michael of Green Bay; sisters, Helen (Norris) Hanson of Yuma, AZ, and Theresa (William) Grizer of McHenry, IL: brothers-in-law, Jack (Carol) Fischer, William (Janet) Fischer, Michael Fischer all of Appleton; Raymond (Carol) Fischer of Cary, NC; Charles Fisher of Los Angeles, CA; sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Jack of Appleton, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Lydia Kitterman.

Funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 29, 2000 at 1 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 312 S. State Street, with Father Michael O'Rourke officiating. Visitation was from 11:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. Memorials are appreciated to Cancer Research. Valley Funeral Home, 2211 N. Richmond St., Appleton served the family.
