JAMES BEDORE, 85
PIONEER RESIDENT, BURIED AT STILES

James Bedore, 85, died Saturday evening at his home in Stiles, was buried from St. Patrick's Catholic Church at 9: 30 o'clock Tuesday, with the Rev. Fr. Raymaker officiating at the requiem mass. Interment took place in the Stiles cemetery.

Mr. Bedore was born at Stoneham, Quebec, Canada, Nov. 4. 1844, and moved to Green Bay in 1866. His marriage to Miss Odelie Durand took place there in 1869. They lived on a farm in Suamico from 1875 to 1895, when they moved to a farm near Stiles. In 1914 they moved to the village, which has been their home ever since.

Besides his wife, the deceased leaves five children, 19 grand children and 21 great grandchildren and two brothers and one sister. The children are: Mrs. George Meecham, Milwaukee; Mrs. Eugene Van Lannen, Mrs. J. R. Warrack, Phoenix, Arizona; Mrs. Clinton Post and Clifford Bedore of Appleton. - Oconto Falls Herald.

Those acting as pallbearers were David and William Duame, Christ Kenney, Henry VanBoven, Antone Smith and Frank McAllister.

Among the out-of-town relatives and friends who attended the funeral were: Mrs. Ray VanLanen and Carol VanLanen of Crown Point, Indiana; Joseph Bedore of Kenosha; Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Bedore of Ironwood, Mich.; Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Post of Tipler.
