SERVICES ARE HELD MONDAY FOR MIRS. IDA RHODE HERE

Death relieved Mrs. Ida Rhode, 76, of her suffering, at 10 o'clock Friday morning at her home (March 12, 1936), 1206 Park avenue, after being an invalid for ten years. She had suffered six paralytic strokes.

Funeral services wereheld at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the home with the Rev. Starr H. Lloyd officiating. Burial was in the Oconto Evergreen cemetery.

The casket was carried by Wm. and' Martin VanGaal, Herbert Colson, John Beekman, John Merline and R. L.Hall.

Ida Gray was born February 18, 1860. In Omro, Wis. She has lived in Oconto for 54 years. Five years ago in April she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Rhode. Mrs. Rhode was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America.

Surviving are three daughters, Cora at home, Mrs. Jessie Belland, town of Oconto and Mrs. Lloyd Tourtillott, city; nine sons, Ernest, Frank Robert, Walter, Harry, Ransom, Ralph and Alfred, all of Oconto, and George of Stambaugh, Mich., one sister, Jennie Gray of Marinette; three brothers, Seward and Archie of Sagola, Mich and Fred.Gray of Nahma, Mich., and 25 grandchildren. A son, Willard preceded her in-death.

The out-of-town relatives attending the funeral were Mrs. Harry Gray, and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Gray of Marinette; Mr. and Mrs. Archie Gray, Miss Jennie Pray and Seward and John Gray of Sagola, Mich.; Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Gray of Iron Mountain Mich.; and Mr. and Mrs. George Rhode of Stambaugh, Mich. A host of friends, from Marinette also attended.
