Helen R. Nerenhausen, 77, of 430 Adams St., Oconto, died Feb. 16, 1988, at Bellin Memorial Hospital, Green Bay. The former Helen was born August 31, 1910, in Oconto and was a lifetime resident there.

She married George Nerenhausen May 29, 1937, in Oconto, He died January 21, 1986. She worked for many years at the Great Lakes Shoe Co., retiring in 1983. She was a member of First American Lutheran Church.

She is survived by a son, Richard Nerenhausen of Oconto; two sisters, Ethel Finger and Elizabeth Riewe, both of Oconto; and four grandchildren. A sister, Eleanor Tittle, died previously.

Friends called at Gallagher-Pink-art Funeral Home. The Rev, Karl Diemer officiated. Burial in the Evergreen Cemetery.
