Hazel O. Lemke, 81, of Lena, died Thursday, July 26, 2001 at her residence. She was born October 19, 1919. Hazel married Ed Lemke in 1968 in Los Angeles, CA. Her husband Ed preceded her in death. Hazel frequented the Oconto Falls Senior Center.

Surviving are her son, Michael and Joyce Smith of Chandler, AZ; her grandson, Charles and Rhonda Smith of Powder Springs, GA; and one great-grandson, Ryan Smith. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Friends may call at the Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Lena, Tuesday, July 31, from 1 p.m. until the time of the services. Funeral service 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Richard King officiating.
