OCONTO FALLS - Harry J. Krejcarek, 92, of 829 S. Main St., Ridgeview Apts. and a former Coleman resident died Wed. Jan. 19, 2000 at community Memorial Hospital, Oconto Falls.

He was born May 18, 1907 in the town of Pound to Joseph and Hilda (Semrau) Krejcarek. Harry was married to the former Johanna H. Thomson on Nov. 6, 1937 at the former St. John Catholic Church, Coleman. Harry operated the home farm in the town of Pound and then in 1946 moved to Coleman where he worked as a fieldman for Country Gardens, Inc. He then went into carpentry work where he retired from Harlan Patz Construction. He was a member of SS. Francis & Wenceslaus Church, Coleman.

Surviving are his wife, Johanna Krejcarek of Oconto Falls, four children; Carol (Francis) Murphy of Random Lake, Darlene (Gerald) Garrigan of Portage, Darrol (Joan) Krejcarek of Oconto Falls, and Dennis (Marge) Krejcarek of Oconto; 15 grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and two step great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; Julia Bertch and Olive K. Krejcarek both of Peshtigo.

He was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

Mass of Christian burial was held Sat., Jan. 22 at his church with the Revs. John Hephner and Gerald Kempen concelebrating. Interment in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery, Oconto Falls. Grandchildren served as Pallbearers.

Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Coleman, served the family.
