Services were Saturday at Lain-Sullivan Chapel, Park Forest, with the Rev. Daniel O'Sullivan, pastor of St. Irenaeus Church, Park Forest, officiating. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery, Steger.
The former Helen Hayes was born Oct. 2, 1925 in Oconto Wis. She was a clerk for 13 years at Monroe Systems for Business' Chicago Office.
She is survived by her husband, Myles; a daughter Pamela Smith of Crete; a son Jeff of Downers Grove; two sisters Margaret Jacquart and Violet Mineu, both of Wisconsin; six brothers, Ralph Hayes of Kansas, Harvey Hayes of California, Alvin Hayes of Wisconsin, Jimmy Hayes of Iowa, Robert Hayes of Philadelphia and Mickey Hayes of Florida; and four grandchildren.
