He was born June 9, 1918 in Oconto, to Edwin and Agatha Groll. Harley later moved to the Kirkland, WA area. He worked as a truck driver for Boeing.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvia Groll of Kirkland, WA; daughters, Jackie Garrett of Port Isabel, TX, Naomi Gutkowski of Wautoma, WI and June Lewkowski of So. Milwaukee, WI; six grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held Saturday, February 27, at 1:00 p.m. at Gallagher Funeral Home in Oconto.
