OCONTO FALLS - Henry C. Fulmer, age 74 died Tuesday, January 26, 1999, at his home. He was born February 25, 1924, in Chicago, to the late Henry and Cecilia (Frosch) Fulmer. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a recipient of the Purple Heart. On January 4, 1946, Henry married Mildred Bartelt in Chicago.

Survivors include: his wife, Millie, Oconto Falls; his son and daughter-in-law: Terrall and Terrsa, Downers Grove, IL., grandchildren: Bonnie (Joe) Kunstman, Plainfield, IL., Sheryl Zacek, Terrall Fulmer, Jr., Robert Fulmer, all of Downers Grove, four great-grandchildren; and two sisters and one brother-in-law: Helen and Gus Liecker, Harriet Kivilin, all of Detroit Lakes, Minn., three Godchildren: Caroline Wians, Gillett, Wayne Szymanski, Oconto Falls, Car1 Liecker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Henry was preceded in death by one brother, Chester, and one brother-in-law, Jim Kivilin.

The funeral was held Jan. 30 at Kuehl Funeral Home, Gillett, with the Rev. John Laatsch officiating. Following the funeral, military rites were conducted by the Gillett VFW and American Legion. Interment in Wanderers Rest Cemetery, Gillett.

Pallbearers were: Todd and Craig Wians, Arnold Eygabroad and Melvin Francois.
