George Wojkiewicz dies

At age 54, George Wojkiewicz, formerly of Seymour, died in a Green Bay hospital after a long illness.

George was born in the town of Maple Grove, April 17,1881. He was a longtime resident. He married the former Julia Smurawa in 1913 in Pulaski.

Survivors are his wife; seven daughters; Mrs. William [Helen] Wilinski, Krakow; Mrs. Louis Gedlowski, Pulaski; Mrs. Harley Heagle, Mrs James Davis, Miss Cecila Wojkiewicz, Regina Wojkiewicz all of Milwaukee; Rita Wojkiewicz at home; two sons; Edward and Chester at home; 10 grandchildren; a sister; Mrs. Franis Hubert, St. Paul,Minn; a brother; Stanley of Hofa Park.

The body was removed to the residence from the Marnocha Funeral home. The Rosary will be said there at 8:30pm each evening. Funeral services are at 10'clock Friday morning at St Stanislaus church, Hofa Park, the Rev. Edward Jagodzinski officiating. Burial in the church cemetery.
