The Rev. John P. Simon of the Methodist church officiated at the rites for Guy Temple, 60, which were held at the O'Neill Funeral Home on Sunday afternoon at two o'clock. Mrs. Blaine Peterson presided at the organ. The remains were carried to the resting place in the family lot in Woodlawn Cemetery by six nephews, Clifford and Ray Gallagher, Emanuel Umentum, James Waschbisch, William Campbell and Ray Temple of Pulcifer. Mr. Temple died Wednesday evening at the Shawano County home after a very brief illness. He is survived by four brothers, one sister, who are: John, Herbert, Elmer and William R. and Nellie, Mrs. Anton Umentum all of Oconto Falls. He also leaves a number of nieces and nephews. Mr. Temple was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Temple, pioneer residents of this community. He was born in August, 1890, and had lived nearly all of his life on the old Temple Home-stead.
