GRANT MATRAVERS TO BE BURIED FRIDAY

Grant Matravers, 60, died at his home one and a half miles from the the Brookside Corners, Tuesday evening at 10 o'clock. He had been a patient at the White Law Sanitarium, Manitowoc County the past year and was brought to his home a month before his death occured.

The deceased was born February 5, 1869 at Couillardville, where he spent the most of his life. He was married to Viola Henderson at the Henderson home in Leightown 32 years ago.

Those surviving are his widow, five sons; Merrill and Raymond, both of Brookside, Harold and Donald of Sheboygan, and Claire at home; two daughters, Hazel, teaching at Oak Orchard; and Esther attending the Oconto High school; one brother Yarwood of Oconto Falls; three sisters, Mrs. Sam Couillard and Mrs. Ed Couillard of Couillardville and Mrs. Martha Porterfield of Oconto. Two grandchildren also survive.

The funeral will take place Friday afternoon from the house at one o'clock and from the Brookside M. E. church at 2 o'clock with Rev. C. E. Lease officiating. Internment will be made in Evergreen cemetery.
