The son of Roy C. and Carol (Menne) Smith was born July 18, 1963 in Green Bay. He had worked for T. W Murphy Construction Company and most recently, Myron Construction Company. Gregg was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.
His family includes his mother, Carol Smith, Ashwaubenon; his father, Roy C. Smith, Ashwaubenon; one brother, Scott and Jennifer Smith, Harrisburg, Ky., two sisters, Kim and Paul Murphy, Oconto; Sandra Smith, Green Bay; one half-brother, Avery Smith, Green Bay; three nieces, Jennifer Pischke, Carly Smith, and Michelle Paters; two nephews, Roger Fox and Chas Fox; as well as his hunting and fishing buddies.
Visitation was held at Ryan Funeral Home, DePere, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral services were conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Olaf Andersen, officiating.
