Mr. Wolf was born on Oct. 4, 1868, at Mt. Calvary. His marriage to Miss Mary Zimmelman took place at Fort Washington. They came to Oconto Falls in 1905 where Mr. Wolf was employed at the paper mill for some time. He passed away in Chicago on April 17, in which city they had lived for several years past.
Survivors are the widow, a son, Arthur of Kenosha, three daughters, Mrs. John Hufbauer of Kenosha; Mrs. Fred Anderson and Mrs. Edna Bosacki of Chicago; four grandchildren, Jack, Lorraine and Phyllis Hofbauer of Kenosha and Robert Bosacki of Chicago.
Among the relatives from out of the city at the rites were Mrs. Laska Hoensgen, Calvary, Mrs. Mary Hoensgen of Fond du Lac, Mrs. A. Wolf of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Wolf of Crivitz, Mrs. F. Sonnanberg of Waupun and Messers Louis, John and Charles Zimmpelman of Eagle River.
Mr. Wolf was of the high type of citizen who helps to make our American communities a good place in which to live. He and his family have many warm friends in Oconto Falls, and the bereaved have the sincere sympathy of all.
