Franklin Noack, 86, 6505 Superior Ave., Oconto, died October 5, 1998 at Riverside Health and Rehabilitation, Oconto.

Franklin was born October 9,1911 in the Town of Little River to the late Frank and Nellie (Bloomer) Noack. He married Cecelia Brennan November 17, 1937 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Oconto. Franklin farmed in the Town of Little River for many years and also worked at the Great Lake Shoe Co. and also owned and operated Clover Dale Dairy of Oconto.

Survivors include his wife Cecelia; two brothers, Woodrow Noack, Oconto; Milo (Ethel) Noack, Suamico; three sisters, Lucille (Merlin) Volk, Abrams; Gloriana Monette, Peshtigo; Joyce Rouer, Lena; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, and a foster son, Marvin (Rose) LeMay. Franklin was preceded in death by a son, Gene Noack; a daughter, Carol Staidl; four brothers, Roland, Floyd, Ralph and Orville; three sisters, Goldie Lang, Pearl Basten and Phyllis Strom. Friends called at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto. Funeral service was held Friday, October 9, 1998 at the funeral home with Pastor John Shallow officiating. Burial was at Oconto Catholic Cemetery. iciating. Interment was in Pine Hill Cemetery, Town of Spruce.
