Oconto Falls, Wis. – Funeral services for Fred Michaels, 47, who was found dead in his Manitowoc rooming house at 6:45 Monday evening, were held 9 o'clock Wednesday morning at O'Neil Funeral home with the Rev. R.L. Greene officiating. Burial took place at Eagle River.

Mr. Michaels was born in Austria, October 8, 1900, and came to the United Sates with his parents at the age of three. He was married Dec. 31, 1936 at Chicago to Beatrice Tracy of Oconto Falls who survives together with two children, a daughter Diane, 7; and a son Dennis, 4; his mother Mrs. Augusta Opicka, Eagle River; and a sister, Mrs. Arthur Braun, Phelps, Wis.
