Mrs. Florence DeKeuster, 80, Oconto, died Sunday morning, August 20, 2000 at home.
She was born on January 8, 1920 in Casco. On November 4, 1945 Florence was united in marriage to Lester DeKeuster. He preceded her in death on July 26, 1999. The couple farmed in the Town of Pensaukee most of their married lives. Florence also worked at the Bond Pickle Factory and the Elliott Glove Company for many years until her retirement. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Parish, Oconto.
Florence is survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill and Walter Koss.
Friends called at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (St. Joseph Site), 716 Madison St., Oconto, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday. Mass of Christian Burial was at 3 p.m. at the church with the Rev. David Ruby officiating. Burial to follow at the Oconto Catholic Cemetery. Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home is assisting the family.
