Felix H. KASZINSKI

Felix H. Kaszinski, age 88, of 101 First St., Oconto, passed away May 22, 1999 at Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center, Oconto.

He was born December 24, 1910 at Milwaukee to the late Adam and Marie (Michalska) Kaszinski. Felix married Inez Margaret Brickner July 19, 1933. She preceded him in death on March 15, 1999. They had been happily married for 65 years. Felix was owner and operator of school buses in Green Bay in the 1950’s. He operated Felix’s Tap in Marinette (now Brothers Three) in the 60’s. In the 70’s he drove school bus in Coleman.

Survivors include one daughter Judy (Ronald) Platten of Fairport, N.Y.; two sons, Jerome Kaskinski of Milwaukee and James (Dixie) Kaszinski of Oconto; one sister, Helen Kropf of Milwaukee; 12 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.

Besides his wife, Felix was preceded in death by one brother, Edward, and two sisters, Mary Kempka and Violet Kempka.

Visitation was held at Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 25, with wake service at 7:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Trinity Parish, St. Peter Site, Hwy 41, Oconto, with Rev. David C. Ruby officiating.
