Death Claims Coleman Man

COLEMAN - Floyd F. Wolfe, 64, of Coleman, died Sunday at Peshtigo Nursing Home. Death followed a long illness.

Mr. Wolfe was born July 27, 1912, and was a native of Coleman. On Oct. 24, 1936, he married the former Verona Dionne at Pound. He was a purchasing agent for the former Chadwick Manufacturing Co. for 35 years. He also was employed at Packerland Woodworking at Peshtigo until illness forced his retirement in July of 1974. He was a former member of the village board at Coleman and of the Coleman volunteer fire department. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Holy Name Society of St. Francis Church.

Surviving with his widow area son, Richard, of Manitowoc; a daughter. Mrs. Kenneth Huberty of Lena; three sisters, Mrs. Albert Rouse of Rt. 1, Coleman, Mrs. Raymond Hayward of Manitowoc and Mrs. Clarence Brennan of Shawano; two brothers, Russell of Coleman and Lester of Green Bay, and five grandchildren. A brother, and a sister died previously.

Friends called at the Rhodes -Charapata funeral home at Coleman. Final rites were held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis Church with the Rev. Thomas J. Mayefske officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
