The former Frances Charles was born December 16,1922 at Green Bay, the daughter of the late Frank and Alvina (Kaye) Charles. She married Calvin Rosenberg and the couple resided in Oconto since 1978.
Surviving are her husband Calvin; four sons, Larry (Grace) Williquette, Crivitz; Alfred (Mary) Williquette, White Cloud, MI; John (Dixie) Williquette, Oconto; David (Cheri) Rosenberg, Little Suamico; a daughter, Edith Ann Williquette, Oconto; four stepchil- dren, Diane (Allan) Hoskins, Oconto Falls; Lee Rosenberg, Maine; Ruth (Tom) Pienta, Chase; Veronica Rosenberg, Milwaukee; two sisters, Margaret (George) Rusch, Green Bay and Evelyn Gollsen, Wausaukee; 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Frances was preceded in death by a daughter, Edith Elaine, a brother, Joe, two sisters, Helen and Cecelia, a grandson, Mike and a granddaughter, Tammy Williquette.
Private services were held with Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Oconto.
