Frieda A. "Kitty" Siech

Friday A. "Kitty" Siech, 88, Gillett, died Tuesday, morning, November 7, 2000, at Community Memorial Hospital, Oconto Falls. She was born April 29, 1912, in the Town of Gillett, to the late William and Natalie (Wesner) Seich. Kitty resided in Milwaukee, for about 50 years, and then moved to Gillett in 1987. She was employed as a welder at Milwaukee Chair Co., for 20 years. She was then employed by Helwigs Manufacturing Co., Milwaukee, until her retirement. Kitty was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Gillett.

Survivors include two brothers, Walter Siech, Alfred Siech, both of Sheboygan; two sisters, Alma Fisher, Pauline Milhans, both of Gillett; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Kitty was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Bernard, and Ervin Siech; two sisters, Elizabeth Siech and Elsie Winkler.

Friends called at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, Gillett, Thursday, November 9, after 11 a.m. Funeral services were 1 p.m. Thursday, at the church, with the Rev. , Dennis N. Nelson officiating. Interment in Wanderers Rest Cemetery, Gillett. Kuehl Funeral Home, Gillett assisted Kitty's family with arrangements.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials are requested for St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, Gillett.
