Earl W. Martin, 94 Big Horn Lake, Townsend, died at Sharpe Care LTD in Oconto Falls, October 3, 1999. Earl was born May 24, 1905 in Ozark, Arkansas to the late William and Aurora (Wilson) Martin. He was employed as an operating engineer with the Union Oil retiring to Big Horn in 1970. Earl enjoyed fishing. He was preceded in death by his wife Marie, April 2,1983. Survivors include his daughter-in-law, Myrta (Pat) Martin, of Des Plaines, IL; three grandchildren, Robert Earl (Vi) Martin, Fenton, MI; James and Sandy Cummings, Plainfield, IL; Cynthia L. (Dick) Shicotte, Brookfield, WI; one great-grandchild, Erik Shicotte. Earl is preceded in death by his wife and son Earl on December 29,1996. graveside services will be held Wednesday, October 6, 1999, 2 p.m. at Lakewood Cemetery with Cynthia L. Shicotte officiating.
