The former Edith Wolford was born April 11, 1899 in Carrington, North Dakota.
She was married to Jacob Holl of rural Suring. He died in 1950. They both farmed in town of How until some years ago before she and her sister, Mrs. Lena Buch, who survives moved to Shawano. Other relatives are six brothers (Wolford), Fred of Underhill, Ernest of R1 Suring, Raymond of Crivitz, Charles of Gillett and George and Harold, both of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Funeral services were held at the Kuhl Funeral home in Gillett, the Rev. Glenn Skatrud officiating. Burial was in Wanderer's Rest cemetery.
Many relatives and friends of the Suring area attended the rites.
