Elizabeth Temple

1940-Funeral services for Miss Elizabeth Temple were conducted from the O'Neill Funeral home and the Methodist church Saturday afternoon. The Rev. David Johnson officiated and burial took place in the family lot in Woodlawn cemetery. Six nephews, Raymond and Clifford Gallagher, Wilbur, Ray and Lawrence Temple and Emanuel Umentum carried the remains to their last resting place. Floral tributes were in charge of the following nieces; Mavia Temple, Claudine and Zerlena Umentum and Tiny Gallagher.

Miss Temple was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Temple, and was born in the town of Oconto Falls, on the homestead on which she lived her entire life. She had been in poor health for some time, being a patient for three months in a Green Bay hospital and then for three weeks in the Falls hospital where she passed away about noon last thrusday. Survivors are three sisters. Mrs. Charles Gallagher, Mrs. Anton Umentum and Miss Luella (the latter being very ill in the local hospital), and six brothers, John, Joseph, Herbert, Elmer, Guy and William, all of this community.
