Everett R. Augustine, 84, of Oconto, died Tuesday, November 6, 2001. Everett was born June 8, 1917 in Oconto to the late Robert and Alvina (Cota) Augustine. He married Betty Eparvier on December 16, 1939 at St. Peter Catholic Church, Oconto. Everett owned and operated Augustine Motors for over 50 years. Everett was a charter member of the Oconto Yacht Club and enjoyed boating his entire life. Everett served in the US Army during WWII.

Everett is survived by his wife Betty Augustine; four daughters Janet (Dalton) Hyland, Sheboygan; Debbie (Dick) Viestenz, Oconto; Lois (Mike) Wyent, Green Bay; Sara (Joe) Loberger, Oconto; three sons Doug Augustine, Green Bay; Philip (Cathy) Augustine, Oconto; Chris Augustine, Oconto; two sisters Eleanor (Jerry) Paulsen, Texas; Melba (Art) Stadler, Arizona; fourteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

The family received relatives and friends at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, November 8. Funeral services were conducted Thursday 6 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. David C. Ruby officiating.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
