Mrs. Evelyn "Dottie" (Makos) Madona, 83 Oconto, died Saturday afternoon, December 26, 1998 at Riverside Heath and Rehabilitation Center, Oconto. The former Evelyn Phillips was born October 22, 1915, at Oconto. She was the Daughter of Charles and Minnie (Goodchild) Phillips. Evelyn was married to Joseph Makos who preceded her in death in 1971. She was a member of the former St. Mark Episcopal Church, Oconto.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Joyce (Daul) Eberly and Mrs. Peggy LeBreck both of Oconto; a son, Richard Makos, Phoenix, a brother Jack Phillips, Oconto; 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Dottie was preceded in death by a brother , Leonard and two sisters, Ruth and Helen.
