E. Norman Pillsbury, 65, 145 Washington-st, Oconto died Monday at Bellin Memorial hospital in Green Bay. He had been ll for five weeks.
Mr. Pillsbury was born Oct. 9, 1907 in Town of Pensaukee. He married the former Melva Erickson on June 1, 1935 at Marinette.
He was a maintenance engineer for Bond Pickle Co. for 41 years. He retired in December of 1969. He was a member of the Odd Fellows lodge.
Besides his widow, Mr. Pillsbury is survived by a son Vernon of Phoenix, Ariz.; five brothers, Gilbert of Milwaukee, Elmer of Sacramento, Calif., Erwin of Green Bay, Robert of County Line and Frank of Oconto.
Also surviving are four sisters, Mrs. John Reed of Oconto, Mrs. Melvin Topel of Pensaukee, Mrs. Roy Roflers of Menominee Falls and Mrs. Melvin Strege of Green Bay and three grandchildren.
Friends may call at Gallagher-Pinkart funeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday and on Friday until 11 a.m. when the body will be taken to First Presbyterian Church. There will be a visitation there until 2 p.m. when final rites will be conducted by Rev. John Lyford. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
The Odd Fellow service
will be held Thursday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. A memorial fund
for the church has been established.
