Mrs. Evelyn "Dottie" (Makos) Madonna, 83, Oconto died Saturday afternoon December 26, 1998 at Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center, Oconto.
The former Evelyn Phillips was born October 22, 1915 at Oconto. She was the daughter of Charles and Minnie (Goodchild) Phillips. Evelyn was married to Joseph Makos who preceded her in death in 1971. She was a member of the former St. Mark Episcopal Church, Oconto.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Joyce (Daul) Eberly and Mrs. Peggy LeBreck both of Oconto; a son, Richard Makos, Phoenix; a brother, Jack Phillips, Oconto; 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Dottie was preceded in death by a brother Leonard and two sisters, Ruth and Helen.
Friends called at Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Oconto. Funeral services were held Monday, December 28, 1998 at the Funeral Home. Charles Daul officiated. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery, Oconto.
