DeMAIFFE, DIES AT HER HOME
LITTLE SUAMICO

Mrs. Julian DeMaiffe, 70, died Friday, April 25, at her home in Little Suamico after a three month's illness.

The funeral was held Monday at the St. Pius church at Little Suamico with interment in the village cemetery. The pallbearers were John Virtues, Eugene Hermans, James Ferria, John Milzarek, Gust Papenfus and Herman Papenfus.

Elvina Kuntze was born in the year 1859 at Little Suamico, She married Julian DeMaiffe in 1883 at Little Suamico.

Besides, her husband she is survived by five children, Edgar, Oconto Falls, Elvina, Mrs. W. E, Smith and Mrs. Edward Papenfus all of Little Suamico, also one brother; Walter Kuntze, Washington, and one sister, Mrs. H. C. Dudy, Little Suamico. Ten grand children also survive.

Among the out-of-town people attending the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Canard and family of Casco; Mrs. Theresa Gokey, Mr. and Mrs. August Stiller, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Greenwood, all of Green Bay; Mrs. H. F. Muehrcke Mrs. L. E. Brazeau, Mr. and Mrs A. Pocquette, all of Oconto; Mrs. Ward Papenfus, Miss Nellie Papenfus and Mrs. Charles Papenfus of Oconto; William Wescott, and Dick Westcott of Abrams, Mr. and Mrs. George Ladrow, John Malley, and John Swaer of Big Suamico.
