Earl (Cy) J. Morrissey, 69, 143 N. Adams, Oconto Falls, died Sunday morning following a short illness. He was born July 31, 1899 in the Town of Spruce. He married the former Mildred Perry on June 30, 1936 in Milwaukee. He was employed by the Oconto Falls Light and Water Commission for 45 years, the last 15 years serving as superintendent. Mr. Morrissey was a member of the Volunteer Fire Dept.

Survivors include his wife, Mildred; one daughter, Mrs. Gerald (Marilyn) Stillings, Milwaukee; one son, James, Oconto Falls; one brother, Homer Lambart, TN; one sister, Mrs. Fred (Faye) Title, Oconto Falls; two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
