A large majority of County Line neighbors and friends motored to Iron Mountain Tuesday, where they attended the funeral of Edward Fetterly, 52 years old, who passed away suddenly Saturday morning following a heart attack. Services were held from the Lutheran church at 1:30 o’clock after which members of the Ladies Aid prepared supper in the church hall for those who had arrived from a distance and family members as well.

Mr. Fetterly, who had been employed at Fords the past several years, is survived by his wife, Ella; three sons, Meryl, Myron and Marvin; his mother, Mrs. Letty Fetterly; four brothers, Frank, Ben, Dennis and Henry Fetterly and a sister, Mrs. William Yetter, all local residents. He was born and raised in Dakota, having accompanied his parents here as a youth.
