Ethelyn C. Gilles Dies on Friday 
 

Ethelyn Couillard Gilles, 28, of 314 First Street, died at her home at 1:15 p.m. Friday after a lingering illness.

She was born December 12, 1922 in Oconto and was a graduate of Oconto High School and Stevens Point State Teachers College. She taught school in the Oconto area for several years.

The body was taken to the Gallagher funeral home were the Rebekah lodge will hold services Sunday at 7:30 p.m. The body will be taken to the Presbyterian church at 11:30 a.m. Monday and may be viewed there until services at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery. The Rev. G. I. Krein will officiate.

Survivors are her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Vane Couillard of Oconto; and one brother, William of Oconto.

Note: The Marinette obit states her pallbearers were Donald Glynn, Bernard DonLevy, Duane Prausa, Norbert Aubry, Alden Sprise and Jack Herald.
