Elizabeth A. Jankowiak, 81, died at Woodlands in Suring on June 18, 2001. She was born April 24, 1920 in Bethlehem, PA to the late John and Kate (Stohler) Boysza. Elizabeth Boysza married Frank Jankowiak June 7, 1952. The couple lived and worked in Berwyn, Illinois until Frank retired in 1976 and they moved to the Town of Riverview (Mountain).

She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Suring.

Survivors include her husband Frank of Mountain; her daughter, Lisa Monaco of Mountain; her two sons and their families: John (Catherine) Jan-kowiak of Lombard, IL, Paul (Annabelle) Jankowiak of Down-ers Grove, IL; her sister, Gloria (Dale) Ziemer of Crescent City, CA; four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Charles and Rudolph; her sisters Margaret and Lilly.

Visitation was held at Gruetz-macher Funeral Home in Suring on Wednesday, June 20, starting at 10 a.m. until prayer services 11 a.m. with Sister Karen Vollmer officiating. Burial was in St. Mary's of the Lakes Catholic Cemetery-Lakewood Wednesday 1 p.m. A special thank you to Woodland Village Nursing Home and its staff, also to LaRoyer Hospice for their excellent care given to Elizabeth.
