SURING - Mrs. Otto (Emma) Firgens, 85, Suring, died Thursday in a Green Bay hospital. The former Emma Buhrandt was born July 21, 1897 in the Town of How and married Otto Firgens on Nov. 28, 1925 in Suring.

The couple lived and farmed in Suring all of their lives.

Mrs. Firgens was an active member of St. John Lutheran Church, Hayes.

Survivors include her husband, Otto; two daughters, Mrs. Theodore (Mae) Adams, Mrs. Norman (Ruby) Gipp, both of Suring; one son, Orville Buhrandt, Gillett; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Tuschy, Gillett, Mrs. Margaret Elfe, Suring; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, one son, three brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call at the Soulek Funeral Home, Sur- s ing, after 3 p.m. Sunday. Funeral 11 a.m. Monday at St. j John Lutheran Church, Hayes, with the Rev. Floyd Gogolin officiating. Burial in church cemetery.
