Delima M. Rivet, 95, a former Coleman and Oconto Falls resident died Saturday, April 3, 1999 at Riverside Health & Rehabilitation Center, Oconto.

The daughter of the late Frank and Amanda (Robichaud) Woulf was born April 29, 1903 in Marinette county. She was married to Edward Rivet on June 11, 1928 at the former St. John Catholic Church, Coleman. The couple operated a farm in the town of Pound. Edward preceded her in death on August 13, 1983. Delima resided in Oconto Falls from 1976 until entering the nursing home in 1995. She was a charter member of the Coleman American Legion Auxiliary and a member of St. Anthony's Church, Oconto Falls.

Surviving are four children; Audrey (Buck) Rhode of Coleman, Germaine Mix of Menomonee Falls, Maxie Janik of Milwaukee, and Donald (Patricia) Rivet of Coleman; 18 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and one sister, Julia Beaudoin of Coleman. Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one son, Allen; five sisters, six brothers and one grandson.

Friends called at Ss. Francis & Wenceslaus Church, Coleman from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday. A mass of Christian Burial was held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church with Rev. John Hephner officiating. Interment in St. John Catholic Cemetery, Coleman. Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Coleman assisted the family with arrangements.
