Peter Laduron Rites Wednesday
D.J. Peter Laduron, 81, Abrams, died in the Oconto hospital at 5:35 p.m. Sunday. Death followed a lengthy illness.
Mr. Laduron ws born April 10, 1884 at Brookside and was a lifetime resident of Oconto county. He was married to the former Zora Couillard June 26, 1907. She preceded him in death in 1958. Besides operating his farm, he was also employed by the Oconto county highway department. He was a member of the Odd Fellows and the Presbyterian church. The body ws taken to the Gallagher Funeral home where friends called form Monday evening until 11o'clock Wednesday morning when it was taken to the Presbyterian church to lie in state until time for services at 2 o'clock. The ReverendRobert Hollett officiated. Burial was in Evergreen cemetery. Odd Fellow rites were conducted Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Leo (Helen) Jelinske of Shawano, Mrs. Arnold (Marion) Ziesmer of Milwaukee and Mrs. Dayne (Jean) Barthels of Burlington; one brother, William of Oconto; eight grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
