Doris was born January 19, 1928 in Milwaukee to Walter and Rose (Hoffman) Hildebrandt. She married Calvin Lain on April 21, 1951 in, Milwaukee. He preceded her in death Feb. 2, 1977.
Survivors include two sons, Bill and Scott, both of Little Suamico; two daughters, Sandy LaBlane of Green Bay and Debi Dietrich of Menomonee Falls; six grandchildren, Kevin, Brian, Johnni, Bret, Jason and Ann; three great-grandchildren Christopher, Kory and Mariah; one sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Gene Jumper of Laguna Niguel, CA.
Visitation was held Tuesday, March 9, after 9:00 a.m. at Burhanan Funeral Home, Kewaunee. Funeral service was held Tuesday, at 11:00 a.m. with Father Dan Dewane officiating. Burial at Holy Rosary Cemetery.
