Dorothy Jean McWilliams, 75, Oconto, died peacefully, at home with her family, on April 7, 2000. Dorothy was born February 4, 1925 at Wauwatosa, WI to the late John and Irene (Day) Collins. She married Daniel McWilliams; he preceded her in death March 11, 1984.

Dorothy worked as a nurses aide at the Oconto Memorial Hospital for 28 years retiring in 1994. She was a member of Holy Trinity Parish.

Survivors include three daughters, Constance Mitchell, Burton, TX; Patricia McWilliams, Bellaire, TX; Mary Lou Svec, Katy, TX; four sons, Michael, Houston, TX; John, Middle Inlet, WI; Timothy (Gudren), Menominee, MI; Tom (Leslie), Brookside; a sister, Helen Galli, Minereal Point, WI; five grandchildren.

Friends called at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto where a parish wake service was held. Mass of Christian Burial was conducted 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2000, at Holy Trinity Parish, St. Joseph Site with Rev. David C. Ruby officiating. Burial at Oconto Catholic Cemetery.
