Dorothy L. Martinek, 72, Gillett, County VV, died Wednesday, February 3, 1999.
Dorothy was born December 19, 1926 at Chicago, Il., to the late Vincent aand Marie(Hidoc) Bankowski. She married John J. Matinek on May 30, 1951. Dorothy was a member of St. Martin Catholic Church, Cecil.She was a member of the Regional Art League and Senior Citizen Club. She enjoyed going to the Cecil Diner. Dorothy was a registered nurse and social worker.
She is survived by one daughter, Debbie Kempinski; one granddaughter, Lonise (Timothy) Moza; two great-grandchildren, Joan Marie Mosa, Jonathon Paul Mosa; one brother, James Banks, Chicago, Il.
Funeral services were held at St. Martin Catholic Church, Cecil with Father Len Evers officiating.
Friends called at church from 11 a.m. until the time of services at 1 p.m. Interment will be at Maryhill Cemetery, Chicago, Il.
