Mr. Hicks, a chiropractor, was a graduate of Palmer School of Chiropracty in Davenport, Ia. He came to Oconto from Oconto Falls to open practice in 1943. He was the founder of the Park Ave. circus, an event for children and youths, which was staged for 10 years.
He was born November, 1901, at Jerico Springs, MO. And is survived by his wife, the former Charolette Armstrong and daughters. (The rest of this article is unreadable)
