C.D. Wilson of Milwaukee, for many years a resident of Oconto Falls, passed away at his home at six am Thursday morning.

Funeral services will be held at the Becker Funeral Home at Third and Lyndal in that city on Saturday at 2 pm with burial in Wisconsin Memorial Park.
