The daughter of Peter and Assunta (Spigonardo) Caria was born September 20, 1931 in Chicago, IL. She was married to Ernie R. Tietz and he preceded her in death in August 1974. Carmella lived in Burbank, IL and moved to Crivitz in 1990.
Surviving are one daughter and son-in-olaw, Darlene and John Heabel of Crivitz; two grandchildren; two sisters Josephine Korkosz and Frances Voit, both of Chicago area; and one brother, Leonard Caria also of Chicago area. She was preceded in death by one brother, Peter Caria.
Friends called at Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home, Crivitz from 9 a.m. Monday, July 23, until the time of services. Funeral services were held Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Donald Burkart officiating. Burial in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Crivitz.
